TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT

These terms and conditions (“Payment Terms”) apply to any payment you make to us against our services using a credit/debit card or PayPal through a Third-party secure system. 

By using the Edex Group Online Payment facilities you are confirming these Terms and Conditions.

 

Standard Terms of Service and Conditions 

These terms and conditions apply to all online cards, Bank transfers and PayPal transactions made to the Edex Group Ltd Gloucester/UK. Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facilities.

The Edex Group may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions with the Edex Group Ltd. 

 

On-Line Payments 

  1. When you use our website to pay online, it means you agree to these rules. Please don’t use our online payment system if you disagree with them. These rules apply to all online payments.
  2. your payment will usually appear in the Edex Group bank account within three workdays. We can only be responsible if your payment is on time.
  1. We cannot accept liability for payments being recorded on the wrong account if you supply inaccurate information. Still, we will make every effort to reallocate any such payments if they arise. 
  2. We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for any reason. 
  3. If your card supplier declines payment, the Edex Group is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
  4. The Edex Group won’t pay for any harm because you used our website. This includes any harm from other websites we link to. We won’t pay even if we know about the possibility of harm.
  5. When we agree to do a job for you, we’ll send you an invoice for the total price. You’ll need to pay half before we start and the rest after we finish.
  6. All payments will be in GBP- £, Which could be a bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or PayPal wallet). You will be responsible for any currency conversion charges, Sale, Use, value-added, or other taxes.
  7. We may elect to accept or decline any online payment for any reason at our sole discretion. 
  8. Accepted Payment methods are: – Debit card attached to bank accounts. Credit cards (as long as they are not pre-paid). PayPal, Visa/Master Cards are accepted.  
  9. We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, costs (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind you may have suffered or incurred from using the Service.
  10. We do not warrant or guarantee that the Service and/or your use of the Service will be error-free, immediate, virus-free and/or continuously available or that the information provided through the Service will be complete, accurate and/or up to date.
  11. Payments using the Service are made through a secure third-party website. However, We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss whatsoever for any interception and/or ‘hacking’ of any data or other unauthorised access to information provided by you for the purposes of using the Service.

 

Refunds Policy: if applicable, will be made to the debit/credit card/PayPal or bank transfer used for the original transaction. Any refunds will be made in line with the Edex Group anti-money laundering policy and procedures. Refunds must be requested in writing, with proof that you have paid more than the outstanding amount owed on the account. Requests for refunds must be sent to payment@edexgroup.uk

 

Your Responsibilities 

Using our website for online payment through a secure third-party system, you are responsible for providing any prescribed details for your transaction. 

  • You are responsible for assuring that all the information provided as part of the Service, including information concerning the Card and Card data, is correct, accurate and complete.
  • Each time you authorize a one-time or recurring payment or provide information concerning your Card, you are representing, warranting, and confirming that: 
  • You are over 18 years of age. 
  • You have the appropriate authority to accept and agree to these Payment Terms.
  • You are the holder of the Card, and the Card is issued in your name. 
  • You are authorized to make and authorize payments using the Card. 
  • and sufficient funds and/or credit are available on the Card account when each payment is processed to fund the payment fully. 
  • You are responsible for any charges or fees assessed against the Card by the Card issuer/PayPal / Bank transfer or any other third party. 
  • You agree to read these Payment Terms before authorising payments using the Service. You should retain a copy of your transaction authorization(s) and these Payment Terms.

 

Amendment and Cancellation of Payment Terms

1-We are not directly involved in the online payment but through a third-party service provider.

2- We may amend these Payment Terms at any time without giving prior notice. Any amendment applies to payments and transactions that occur after the date the amendment is effective. We may change, suspend, or terminate the availability or features of online payments at any time without prior notice.

3-We accept part payment of client accounts only where full payment of the account is made by the stipulated due date in the invoice. All other payments must be paid in full and by no later than the final date for payment set out in the invoice.
